These terms are offered by Reboot Computer Sales and Services LLC (d/b/a Reboot MSP) ("Reboot"). They cover your use of this website. The services we provide are covered by the separate agreement we sign with you. Clear terms, no surprises.

01Use of this site
This site is here to inform. Everything on it — including anything we say about our security practices, response times, pricing, or how we work, and any client stories — describes our general intent, not a promise, warranty, or guarantee, and not a contract. We don't hold ourselves out as certified under any particular security or compliance framework unless a signed agreement says so.
02Your agreement controls
The scope, pricing, standards, and obligations of any managed-services relationship live in the individual agreement you sign with us — that agreement is the entire agreement between us for the work. Nothing on this website, in our marketing, or in conversation is something to rely on unless it's written into that agreement. Where this site and your signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.
03No warranties and limitation of liability
THIS WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, SECURE, OR ALWAYS AVAILABLE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REBOOT'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). NOTHING HERE LIMITS LIABILITY FOR RECKLESSNESS OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER LAW. THIS SECTION COVERS ONLY YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE. This site links to services we use but don't control — like our scheduling page and, if you're a client, our secure portal. When you follow a link off this site, that provider's terms and privacy practices apply, not ours. We choose our providers carefully, but we're not responsible for sites we don't operate.
05Our content
The Reboot name, logo, copy, design, and the look and feel of this site belong to Reboot or the people we license them from. You're welcome to read our pages and share links to them; please don't copy or reuse our content for your own commercial purposes without permission. Please use the site only for lawful purposes — don't scrape it or try to break, overload, or interfere with it or its security. 06Governing law
These terms are governed by Connecticut law. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the Superior Court for the Judicial District of Hartford or the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. This doesn't change the governing-law or venue terms of any signed agreement, which control for the services they cover.
07Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. The version posted when you use the site applies to that use.
08A few housekeeping points
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Reboot about your use of this website.
