Reboot Computer Sales and Services LLC (d/b/a Reboot MSP) runs this site. We collect only what we need to answer you and to do the work you hire us for, and we don't sell your personal information. Here's what we collect and why.
01What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the name, work email, organization, and details you choose to share. That's all — the site has no accounts, no payments, and no phone field, and we don't track you across the web. Please don't send sensitive personal information through the form. Work we do for clients under a signed agreement is covered by that agreement, not this page.
02How we use it
We use what you send to reply, understand your needs, evaluate possible work, keep appropriate business records, and meet our legal obligations. We don't use your information for advertising.
03How we protect it
We limit access to your message, protect it in transit, and keep it in our access-controlled Microsoft 365 inbox only as long as we need it. No method of sending or storing information is ever completely secure, but we treat what you send us with care.
04Analytics
On this website we use cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We don't use it to build visitor profiles or track you across other sites, and we don't set advertising or tracking cookies. We don't use Google Analytics, ad trackers, or third-party marketing pixels.
05Who helps us run the site
A few trusted providers help us host the site, keep it secure, and get your message to us — such as Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft 365. We share your information with them only to run the site and reply to you, or when the law requires it. If you book a call, you'll do that through our scheduling provider — its privacy terms apply while you're on its site, and this page applies to any booking details that come back to us. We don't sell or rent your information.
06Your choices
You decide what to share with us. If you'd like to know what we have, or want it corrected or removed, email hello@rebootmsp.com and we'll help. We run this site from the United States.
07Text messaging
We use our main line, 860-516-0095, for conversations you start and for non-marketing messages about work you've asked about or that we're already doing. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We don't share your mobile number for anyone else's marketing.
08For businesses, not children
This site is meant for businesses and the people who run them. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
09Changes
If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top. This version takes effect when the site launches.
