What we bring to the table


We are always happy to assist with any technology related issues! Our technicians are able to handle a vast array of tech related issues, from troubleshooting printers and password resets, to cable runs and full office deployments. Our process is simple, and gets results!

Site Survey – Schedule a time for our technicians to come to your site and take a look at the potential project. This allows us to see first hand what your needs are and offer the best possible solution. Depending on your needs, we may be able to get an estimate approved on the spot and tend to the issue then and there!

Project Estimate and Proposal – For most projects we will build out an official proposal for our solution complete with an estimate for associated labor and hardware costs. Those two documents will serve as our playbook, and once the proposal is approved, we will schedule a time to get the job done!

Site Deployment – Whether one site or remote in nature, we complete our work to the highest possible standard! Anything unexpected elements that may change the scope of the work will be reported immediately and no additional charges will be incurred without prior approval. Once everything is complete, we will do a follow up to confirm that every aspect of the job has met the required standards.


Our Break/Fix model comes with zero contractual obligations and is based purely on hourly labor and hardware costs. All Break/Fix projects are serviced on a “first-come-first-served” basis as technicians are available.
